1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using WIMM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

• WIMM is a personal finance tracking application.
• You can add transactions by hand, or import them from files you provide, such as bank or card statements (PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, OFX or QFX files, plain-text files, or images). Imported files are read by automated tools, including AI-based document reading. Please check imported and suggested data before relying on it.
• WIMM does not connect to your bank accounts and does not ask for your online banking login.
• Optional features let you add records through our Telegram bot (text or voice messages), sync balances from a supported crypto exchange (currently Bybit) using a read-only API key that you create and can revoke at any time, and connect AI assistants and other apps to your account through our MCP server, API keys or personal access tokens.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or importing transactions.
• An account created for you through an AI assistant or our API is your account, and these Terms apply to it. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including any API keys, tokens or third-party apps you authorize. Actions taken through them are made under your account. You can revoke access at any time in your account settings.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WIMM
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You agree not to share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Abusing or harassing other users or support staff
• Scraping or automated data collection

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of WIMM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your financial transaction data securely and use it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. To provide features such as statement reading, receipt reading, voice transcription and category suggestions, we send the relevant content to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We provide WIMM on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily restricts access.

7. Limitation of Liability

• WIMM is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind
• We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable backup efforts
• We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on data in WIMM
• You use WIMM at your own risk

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the settings page
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Account deletion and data retention are described in our Privacy Policy, including separate retention of billing invoice PDFs, asynchronous file cleanup and backup rotation

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of WIMM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WIMM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
